WHAT R&D CLAIM DETAILS DO YOU COLLECT?

When you make a claim for R&D tax relief, we collect certain information from you, including your name, email address, phone number, billing address, company details, company financial details, R&D related costs details, salary details, NIC contributions and contractor payment details and R&D project details. We refer to this information as your "R&D Claim Details".

HOW DO YOU USE R&D CLAIM DETALS?

We use your R&D Claim Details to:

• Determine your eligibility for R&D tax relief.
• Write a detailed technical report that supports your HMRC claim.
• Calculate salary, NIC and contactor costs.
• Store financial data related to your claim in a database to calculate your claim relief.
• Prepare a financial statement to support your claim.
• Contact you to assist with you future claims.

 

HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP THE R&D CLAIM DETAILS?

When you make a R&D claim with Radify.co.uk, we securely store your R&D claim details for four years in the event of an enquiry by HMRC. After four years your R&D claim details are deleted or sooner if you request them to be deleted.

 

WHAT VISITOR INFORMATION DO YOU COLLECT?

When you visit Radify.co.uk, we automatically collect details about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.

Additionally, as you browse Radify.co.uk, we collect information about the individual web pages you view, what websites or search terms referred you to Radify.co.uk, and information about how you interact with Radify.co.uk. We refer to this automatically-collected information as "Visitor Information".
